All shipments are handled by the company Fiorenzo Paradiso, in cooperation with reliable couriers selected to ensure punctuality and safety in every delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24/48 business hours after payment has been received.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Across Europe: 5–7 business days from the shipping date.
For areas considered “remote” or hard to reach (e.g., islands or isolated locations): up to 10 business days.
Possible delays caused by force majeure (severe weather, customs inspections, strikes) are beyond our responsibility.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is always free across Europe, regardless of order amount or number of purchases.
Return & Exchange Policy
In case of return or exchange, a fixed fee of €5 will be charged to the customer.
Items must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery status in real time.
Delivery
Please make sure to provide a complete and correct shipping address: we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery or leave a notice with instructions for collection.
